IGNOU Convocation was held on 2nd April 2011. Two Partner Institutions were awarded as "BEST PARTNER INSTITUTIONS" for their performance in the year 2009-10. The Partner Institutions were awarded with the Certificate and the Gold Medal by the Chief Guest of the Convocation 2011. The selection for best Partner Institutions has been rated through a detailed research and has been decided by the committee consitituted for this purpose.The selection is based on various parameters such as Enrollment No., Pass percentage, Fees Collection ,Regular participation, checking their official email-Id regularly etc.The two Partner Institutions were awarded are:

1. GPC 3105 - Govt. P. G. College, Pratapgarh, Rajasthan

2. GDC 7901 - Govt. Degree College, AMARPUR, Tripura
